The O'Connor Group was in attendance for the first inaugural Philadelphia Business Journal Women's Conference held today at the elegant Crystal Tea Room and culturally rich Wanamaker Building. It was an exciting morning, hosted by Pat Ciarrocchi and a panel of the region's "First Ladies," who serve in non-traditional roles formerly held by men or viewed as male dominated professions.
